DeleteYou mentioned Weebly in your list. I have several blogs with this platform. It's pretty basic, but it certainly gets the job done.
ReplyDeleteYou can also build a traditional website with the platform, and have your blog as part of it. Also, you can place ads on it, although of course you don't want to overdo this.
